We had a friend from Sydney visit tonight, and I made this dip as a pre-dinner snack. It turned out so well that I wanted to share it with you. Making dips from scratch is always a big hit when entertaining, as they are often responsible for adding the biggest flavour hit to the various food combinations we eat while socialising. The taste of fresh ingredients really can't be beat, and if you have time to make a dip you really won't regret it!
This dip has the distinctive cool burn of raw garlic, and you can adjust the quantity to suit your taste buds.
